Racing Cartel is a platform that hosts competitions based on skill not chance. Racing Cartel is not a betting/ gambling website and does not promote itself as one. The promoter of these competitions is Tipping Cartel ABN: 95 907 237 134, Victoria. Racing Cartel is run by Tipping Cartel, and Competitions ran by Tipping Cartel on the Racing Cartel platform are all unique and by entering any competition by Tipping Cartel you should have read the terms and conditions to enter, and details for the particular competition.
To join and become a member of Racing Cartel you must be aged 18 or over and be able to provide formal identification to confirm this if requested. If you are found not to have been 18 or over when you first become a member of Racing Cartel you will be ineligible to win any prizes. Information such as email address, first and last name, and date of birth that you may have to provide when filling out the membership registration form must be accurate and match your personal identity.
Racing Cartel reserves the right not to accept registration for any member if the registration contains anything slanderous or defamatory or is otherwise unsightly in any way, as determined by Racing Cartel in its absolute discretion. The membership can be withdrawn due to unsightly conduct at any time during and after registration. Racing Cartel can decide if a user name is slanderous or defamatory and also has the authority to change a user's username if it is deemed anything slanderous or defamatory or is otherwise unsightly in any way.
You may only become a member of Racing Cartel once and may not have multiple active memberships. A person who makes multiple active Racing Cartel accounts will be ineligible to win any prizes. Racing Cartel employees and directors are ineligible to become members of Racing Cartel and therefore are ineligible to win any prizes.
You agree to the terms and conditions of Racing Cartel upon becoming a member before that you can enter any competitions.
You will violate your membership if you share your password to access Racing Cartel with anyone else and by doing so your membership can be withdrawn.
Once a member, you can use your username and login required to access the portal where all Racing Cartel competitions are displayed and where tips are placed and results viewed. All Racing Cartel transactions are in Australian Dollars this includes entry fees, withdrawals, admin fees and any other type of transaction.
You must have an active Racing Cartel membership to enter any Racing Cartel competitions. You agree to the terms and conditions of Racing Cartel upon becoming a member before that you can enter any competitions.
Racing Cartel may request identification upon any suspicious entrants or memberships following the announcement of winners.
Racing Cartel hosts horse racing tipping competitions where you select horses that you think will win each race.

Competitions hosted by Racing Cartel may have an entry fee which must be paid to join.
Paid competitions are all hosted by Tipping Cartel and have a specified entry fee. Once the competition registration closes the total entry fees that have been paid to join that competition will be totalled and an admin fee of 10% of that total will be deducted in order to have the final cash prize pool.
For example if 10 people join a competition with an entry fee of $10 then the final prize pool will be $90 as 10% has been deduced from the $100 total entry fees.
All entry fees are processed securely by Stripe payment gateway under Tipping Cartel and Racing Cartel has a SSL Certificate.
Once the competition registration closes the total entry fees that have been paid to join that competition will be totalled and an admin fee of 10% of that total will be deducted in order to have the final cash prize pool.
Racing Cartel will update the final prize pools to all entrants across the website and facebook page.
Racing Cartel deducts a 10% admin fee from each competitions total entry fees to give the final prize cash pool total.
Winners will be determined based on the scores of the competition, and the scoring criteria set out above and the rules of each competition.
At the end of a competition and two or more users finish on the same score and margin then those users will split that prize pool.
Any breach of not complying with Racing Cartel terms and conditions can result in a user being disqualified of a prize.
At the end of each competition each user will receive an email notifying them of the final results. Users are encouraged to login to Racing Cartel to view the full leaderboard for that competition.
If a user wins any prize money Racing Cartel will be in touch with them at the conclusion of a competition.
Racing Cartel will process and pay out winners within 10 business days after the competition has finished. Racing Cartel will payout the winnings to the users nominated bank account or paypal account as entered in the user's account. If a user has not filled in these details Racing Cartel will notify the user to do so.
Residents of Australia may have their prize money paid to either their nominated bank account or paypal account. If a user has both their bank account and paypal account listed in their winnings will be paid to their bank account unless requested otherwise.
International users of Racing Cartel must have their prizes paid to a paypal account. If you believe that you have won a prize and have not been contacted then you should email giddyup@racingcartel.com.au with your name, username, and detail of which competition you are trying to claim a prize for.
Racing Cartel and its employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: any condition caused by events beyond the control of the promoter that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; any injuries, losses (including, without limitation, loss of profits), or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, or from participation in the promotion; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss, including, but not limited to, direct, consequential (including economic) or indirect loss or any loss of profits, by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with this promotion or the arrangement for supply, or the supply or failure to supply, of any goods or services by any person to any participant.
Racing Cartel and its employees will not be responsible, and shall not be liable if any of the race days in any of the competitions contained on Racing Cartel are cancelled, postponed, or in any way disrupted for any reason beyond the control of Racing Cartel, such as (without limitation) cancellation, postponement or disruption (or if the result of any race day is altered or the points awarded to any horse are forfeited). In the event of a cancellation, postponement or disruption to any race day (or a result being changed), TRacing Cartel reserves the right to cancel the promotion without awarding any prizes, or to modify the promotion as it sees fit. This decision will be at the sole discretion of the Racing Cartel (subject to the requirements of any relevant regulatory body). Racing Cartel will act fairly and reasonably in making any decision in accordance with this clause.
